Cancellations (Before Order Ships):

To cancel an order, reach out to us as soon as possible for a full refund, provided the order has not left our warehouse. You can contact our customer support during business hours by emailing support@anperio.com at any time.

Cancellations of Custom Orders:

Cancellations or refunds cannot be processed for custom or made-to-order products. These items are specifically manufactured for your order. For questions about your order's status, contact us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@anperio.com.

Shipping Times:

We strive to provide timely deliveries based on estimates from our suppliers and freight companies. However, these times may change due to factors beyond our control. Additionally, some brands may have specific lead times mentioned on their product pages. We thank you for your understanding and patience.

Important Information:

Please read and acknowledge the following before making a purchase from Gentleman's Caves:

  1. Inspect your package upon delivery*. Report any damage to us within 24 hours, providing pictures is necessary.

  2. You are responsible for all costs related to return shipping and new product shipping for exchanges.

  3. Returned products must be unopened and unused. Restocking fees may apply.
  4. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you're no longer eligible for a full refund**
  5. Shipping date estimates are subject to change.
  6. By making a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback due to unforeseen delays or incorrect estimates. Violators will be subject to criminal charges.

*For some brands, do not accept delivery if there are visible damages. Please refer to the product page for brand-specific information.

**For some brands, you're not eligible for a full refund after purchase.
